Our 9th grade students traveled to Camp Carol Joy Holling this past weekend for a retreat to prepare for their upcoming Affirmation of Baptism and review the promises they will make.The weekend included designing stoles, highlighting each other’s Bibles with their favorite Bible verses, morning prayer and workout, cleaning out a shed on the camp grounds, making a peace and justice poster and candles, thinking of ways to share the Good News in daily life and lots of fellowship and fun with each other!
Plan to join them for their Affirmation of Baptism during worship at 10:45 am on Sunday, October 28.
