Christmas Eve at First Lutheran was a truly unforgettable celebration, filled with joy and spirit. The children brought the nativity to life, helping to create the scene while sharing the Christmas story. The Sanctuary resonated with the sounds of brass, strings, bells, Orff instruments and angelic voices. Emergency confetti added a festive touch as we rejoiced in the good news, while communion and the singing of Christmas carols united us as a community. It was a birthday celebration unlike any other, honoring the essence of the season with gratitude, reverence and awe.
