At First Lutheran, we are fortunate to be able to celebrate Holy Communion at each Sunday worship service. The Altar Guild team needs more people to help in order to keep this ministry going strong.
Can you spend 20 minutes before or after church once or twice a month to help clean up and/or set up for the next service? Altar Guild members set up for a service, monitor during Communion and provide more supplies if needed, and clean up after the service. Ideally, two people are needed per service and this can be a family group or individuals of all ages.
Altar Guild training will be offered in the Sanctuary after each worship service (9:45 am and 11:45 am) on August 20 and August 27. Please come and learn how you can help with this important ministry.
