Get ready for a joyful, music-filled worship this weekend as we celebrate Camp Sunday! Staff from Camp Carol Joy Holling will be with us to share the fun, adventure and faith-filled experiences of summer camp near Ashland, Nebraska. They’ll spend time with our children and youth and lead our children’s message during worship.
Wear your favorite camp clothes or dig out that old summer camp T-shirt that’s been tucked away. As we gather, think about your favorite camp memory or camp song — you just might get to sing it again!
Camp Sunday is also our Noisy Offering Sunday, with all proceeds going to Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries to support Camp Carol Joy Holling and their outdoor ministry. Bring your coins and joyful generosity as we make a little noise for a great cause!
Our jazz ensemble will lead worship music, giving familiar camp songs a fun jazz beat and rhythm.
