We celebrated the end of an internship year with Vicar Erick Hill on Sunday and as you can see in the video, he is very much loved, respected and appreciated by First Lutheran! Lucky for us, he will continue to do ministry with us until he receives a call as a pastor to another church!
Unfortunately, there were issues with the recording of Vicar Erick accepting the gifts given to him from the congregation – a stole, seasonal liturgical binders and a monetary gift – along with his heart-felt words of gratitude for the past year.
We give thanks to God for bringing us together and the opportunity to accompany each other during the times when we needed Erick and he needed us. Praise be to God!
