Join us Sunday in the Chapel from 9:30 to 10:30 AM for an important conversation that’s open to all adult members of our congregation. As was shared during the Annual Meeting, First Lutheran is at a key point where we need to take a closer look at our ministries and finances to navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead. And we can’t do it without you!
This session is dedicated to hearing your thoughts and incorporating them into the crucial discussions and decisions the Congregational Council will be making in the weeks to come. The Council wants to hear what excites you about our church, what concerns you and any ideas you have for the future.
Instead of our usual Sunday morning Adult Forum, we will focus on this important conversation. The Sunday Faithful Conversation originally planned for will also take a short pause and return on Sunday, February 23 at 9:30 AM.
If you can’t join Sunday’s conversation but still have ideas or feedback for the Council, we would love to hear from you! You can share your thoughts directly with the Council President and Vice President by emailing council@flclincoln.org. Rest assured, this address is accessible only to these two individuals.
You’re also welcome to reach out to any Council member at any time. For a full list of members, visit https://flclincoln.org/church-council.
Whether or not you attend the conversation, don’t miss the chance to also complete the online survey arriving in your inbox next week.
We encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities to make your voice heard. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities and shape the future of our church with faith, hope and collaboration.
