The Backpack Tag
Come out for a Drive Thru Blessing of the Backpacks this Sunday, August 9, from Noon- 1:00 pm. All ages are invited and will receive a backpack tag (photo of tag to the right) for themselves and one to give a teacher, bus driver or other school employee. If you would like an extra tag for a friend, please ask as you come through. In addition to the backpack tag, parents will receive a blessing to use on the first day of school with their child(ren) and kids will receive a prayer bead kit with instructions to make a bracelet or additional backpack zipper pull. These prayer beads will help remind them to pray for classmates, teachers, health and many other things. Story Bibles and Spark Bibles will also be given out to families requesting them to use at home while FaithTrek continues online this fall.
