First Lutheran Members Make Connections Around the World at International Quilt Museum

First Lutheran Church members and friends explored connections to their neighbors in Liberia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, India and near the US/Mexico border this past weekend at the International Quilt Center and Museum. Touring with Jones Isaac Koffa, Youmondeh Koffa, JJ and Benedict, Angeline Barkpeh, Anna Furkay (members of the worshiping community at First Lutheran Church), and Gbadee Koffa and Julius Swen brought extra meaning to the beautiful exhibit from Sinoe County, Liberia, as docent Mary Ann guided the groups.
