Lincoln’s popular jazz trio, The Lightning Bugs, will conclude the 2017-18 season of First Friday Jazz concerts. The Bugs occupy a special place as one of the favorites of the First Friday Jazz audience and have been featured for each of the past six years. Smooth vocal harmonies in the Mills Brothers tradition are the hallmark of a Lightning Bugs concert. Their performances feature jazz and pop standards from the 30’s and 40’s. The concert concludes the 7th season of this popular jazz series.
