Members Share a Feeling from the Past Year

By February 3, 2021News
During our virtual annual meeting on Sunday, Pastor Steve asked members to share in the Zoom Chat Box a feeling they had in the past year or one they have today.

Here are all the different words that were shared (and many of them were shared multiple times):
Hope
Relief
Anxious
Gratitude
Patience
Hopeful
Family
Anxiety
Amen
Thankful
Resilient
Uncertainty
Flow
Perseverence
Thankfulness
Ready to roll on
Grateful
Peace
Joy
Optimistic
Disbelief
Unsettled
Blessed
Isolated
Stressed
Love
Exasperation
Happiness
Encouragement

It was so reassuring and comforting to see that an overwhelming number of the feelings shared had a positive feel or tone to them. It’s proof of how resilient we really are despite the difficulties and challenges.

What is a feeling you had this past year or have now?

(Note: We had 129 members attend the virtual annual meeting! It was so fun to scroll through the Zoom gallery pages and see the faces and hear the voices of so many members again. Here are a few random gallery snapshots that were captured during the meeting. Sorry if the same people keep cropping up in the same photos. It’s the fault of Zoom. HA!)
