First Lutheran is looking for a weekend Building and Grounds Support employee. This person will work part time, 5-10 hours weekly, primarily on weekends. Duties will include some general outdoor groundskeeping. In the summer months, tasks will include trimming bushes and using a leaf blower and other outdoor equipment, as needed. Winter outdoor tasks will include shoveling steps and walkways and may require using a snow blower. Indoor tasks are varied and would include unlocking and locking up the building, some janitorial tasks after nursery or classroom use and setting up and taking down tables and chairs for scheduled events. This individual will work with the Lead Pastor, Building Supervisor and Parish Coordinator.
