Our high schoolers wrapped up a week of service in Denver yesterday and are heading home today. They ended their week helping with the Colorado Special Olympics and worshiping with the 150+ other high schoolers from across the Nebraska Synod with our girls helping with communion.
While we welcome them home we also send off six middle schoolers and three adults on a service trip to Camp Wapogasset’s Wilderness Canoe Base, an ELCA Camp on the border of WI and MN. We pray for safe travels with both groups.
