Pentecost is a day of inspiration. Inspiration comes from the Latin word “inspirare” – to fill with air or breath. On Pentecost we celebrate the life-changing breaths of the Holy Spirit.
This Pentecost will be a day of inspiration. The holy breath of God will inspire us to be disciples of Jesus here in Lincoln and throughout the world. High school graduates will be filled up with Spirit and sent on their way into the world. And, we will be inspired to offer final gifts to the “Called to Welcome” campaign- our plan to open our doors to the world.
It will be a great and powerful day of inspiration! Join us for worship tomorrow and wear your red!
