Our high school youth and adult sponsors arrived safely in Puerto Rico on Saturday. Yesterday, they worshiped in San Juan at Iglesia Evangelica Luterana Del Divino Salvardor where Pastor Justin led communion. After the service, the group enjoyed lunch with the pastor and Church Council. Later, they drove to Arecibo where they visited the Arecibo Observatory to see the second largest telescope in the world. They will make Arecibo their home for the week and today are heading out for their first day of work.
