Since last fall, we have been stocking olive oil from Equal Exchange, which is delicious and good for both people and planet. Produced by Palestinian farmer cooperatives from the West Bank, this organic, extra virgin olive oil is pressed from indigenous Nabali olives, considered to be some of the best in the world. The sale of olive oil supports families who don’t have many other options to earn a living.
