Last Sunday, during the middle and high school learning hour, our youth related the Gospel reading with the war in Ukraine and their own confession and forgiveness stories. The youth wrote with pencil something they wanted to confess or change and then covered the word(s) with the sunflower which is a symbol of hope in Ukraine.
