Sunday Update from Our Middle Schoolers!
We made it to Louisville, KY, had a pulled pork dinner, had opening worship, got to know our leaders better and even played some basketball. We also used plastic bands to connect ourselves to each other to demonstrate our theme verse and how we are rooted together. Here are some moments we enjoyed most today: Kristi and Kaitlyn mentioned seeing the Arch as we drove thru St. Louis, Stephen said playing basketball, Maxx liked getting to know the leaders and Anna was happy to get out of the car. We were thankful we arrived safely and enjoyed hearing our names read during the prayers in worship at First Lutheran.
