Since launching the RaiseRight fundraising program in November, First Lutheran has already raised over $1,200—with all funds supporting our 2025 Gifts of Hope partners. Recently, we gave $750 to Matt Talbot Outreach Kitchen, where the need is growing due to rising food costs and more people being served.
RaiseRight is special because it’s so effortless. It doesn’t ask you to spend more, just to plan ahead. If you’re buying groceries this week, simply stop by the RaiseRight table in the Gathering Area on Sunday mornings from 9:30–10:30 AM or the church office during regular hours and purchase a gift card for your store. Use that gift card for your groceries instead of a debit or credit card and a percentage of your purchase will be donated back to First Lutheran to support our Gifts of Hope partners.
Same groceries, same cost. Just a little forethought for a meaningful impact. It’s that easy.
P.S. Your impact doesn’t have to end with your grocery list. Whether you’re dining out, tackling a home improvement project, or filling up your gas tank, there’s a RaiseRight gift card for every need—and they all give back!
