Our annual Fat Tuesday Waffleman fundraiser for the BackPack program requires a kitchen and ours is under construction! But, the WaffleWomen of First Lutheran don’t want any children at Pyrtle and Morley schools to miss out on their weekend BackPack of food. Stop by our “kitchen” in the Commons this Sunday, March 3, and Sunday, March 10, to learn more about this ministry and help us reach our goal of $1,000 (15% of our estimated cost for 2019) so we can continue to feed hungry children in our neighborhood.
