Week one of our Backyard Summer Safari Fun is in full gear! This week’s theme, “And It Was Good”, is based on the creation story in the Bible. Kids and families have been exploring for animals and bugs in their backyards, drawing their favorite animals, making “dirt” dessert, going on nature walks to identify at least one thing from each day of creation and also serving in the community by going on trash walks! The week has been full of exciting backyard fun and we can’t wait to see what next week brings! Stay tuned!
