When key ministry staff are away—whether it’s our Lead Pastor, our Music and Worship Director or another member of the team—worship continues because faithful volunteers step forward to serve.
Members of all ages share their time and talents by leading music, reading Scripture, assisting with communion, welcoming people, running technology and helping in so many other ways. Each person plays an important role in creating a meaningful worship experience at First Lutheran.
Worship is never the work of just one or two people. It is something we create together as the body of Christ.
