During Lent, through First Lutheran’s My Story. Our Story. God’s Story. outreach, every household will receive a small blank canvas to use in representing the joys, challenges, losses and growth of the past two years. Individual canvases, returned to church by April 1, will be displayed together, creating a large mosaic that tells our stories.
Along with the finished canvas, each household will be encouraged to write a brief story in the online form to the right that offers a deeper understanding of what is depicted on their canvas. Each canvas piece within the mosaic will be assigned a QR code that when scanned by a viewer’s smartphone will link to the story submitted in the online form.
