On Sunday, January 28, we will gather as a congregation to adopt a spending plan, elect new leaders and evaluate and celebrate our ministry of the previous year at the annual meeting. We will also receive reports on the feasibility study and vote on motions to proceed with the building design and the Capital Campaign. The annual report is available online or in print for pickup at church.
Come for a spaghetti feed in the Activity Center, hosted by the high school youth following the 10:45 am worship. All proceeds will support their 2018 summer mission trips. At 12:30 pm we will meet in the Sanctuary where we will prayerfully conduct our business. Plan to join us on this important day.
One of two pre-annual meeting discussions was held today to present the 2018 spending plan and the nominees for elected office. Next Sunday’s gathering at 9:30 am in the Activity Center will feature the report of the feasibility study and further conversation on the building design. Architect, Randy Milbrath of RDG will present recent revisions of the design and entertain questions and comments on the proposed motion to proceed with the project. The results of the feasibility study with Walsh and Associates, available online for download, will also be presented for conversation.
